Last updated: 2026-10-12. DealReady processes sensitive information about companies and their executives. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

3. Legal bases
Performance of pre-contractual measures and of the requested service (report, meeting, assessment); consent for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email; legitimate interest for security and abuse prevention.
4. What we do not do
- No disclosure of your information or documents to any investor, lender or third party without your explicit written consent.
- No sale or rental of data.
- No use of your documents to train public artificial-intelligence models.
- No free text or document content recorded in audience-measurement tools.
5. Recipients and processors
Hosting of the site and document uploads: IONOS SE (European Union). Emailing and scheduling: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). DealReady analysts and reviewers access documents under role-based access control and a confidentiality undertaking. Specialist experts (tax, legal, sector) may be involved under the same undertaking, with prior notice to you.
6. Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS); documents stored outside the public web space, in a client-segregated area accessible through a limited-use link; logging of document access and score changes; scoring rules executed server-side.
7. Retention
QuickScore and form data: 24 months after the last contact, then anonymised for statistics and methodology calibration. Uploaded documents: duration of the engagement, then 12 months, unless a legal obligation or an earlier deletion request applies. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Transfers outside the European Union
The controller is established in the United Kingdom, recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. Data is hosted in the European Union.
9. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent: write to contact@dealreadycorp.com. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (ICO in the United Kingdom, CNIL in France, or your country’s authority).
10. Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The QuickScore flow keeps your answers in your browser’s session memory so you can go back.
